Where the public can swim at Lake Mead

National Park Service rules generally allow swimming and wading outside closures, harbors, marinas, mooring areas, and launch ramps. NPS pages conflict on whether Boulder Beach is formally “designated,” so this guide uses the narrower phrase NPS-listed beach area.
